- I will reply to your questions by sending you a return email which will include a brief review and answer to your concerns. There is no charge for such service. If your question requires formal legal advice you will be encouraged to set up a meeting at my office or seek the advice of an Attorney of your choice.
- The cost charged for all initial consultations in my office is currently $150.00 (flat fee). In the event you decide to retain me to assist you with your estate plan then the fees charged for such legal services and the drafting of estate plan documentation will be set forth in writing and provided to you in advance. Such fees are based upon my current fee schedule as set forth on the "Documents" page within this website. Discounts are provided for many clients based upon need and upon request.

St. Louis County, Missouri "Property Fraud Alert" Program: This free notification service was implemented by St. Louis County in an effort to help property owners avoid and prevent various forms of property fraud. Property owners who enroll in the program will be alerted when documents with their registered name are recorded with the Recorder's Office. Unclaimed Property: Search the Missouri State Treasurer's database for any unclaimed property you may have with the Missouri State Treasurer's Office. It is free and easy to do, click on the following link: Missouri Unclaimed Property Information
Health Information Privacy: The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services manages a website which sets forth an excellent overview of the HIPAA Privacy Rule. Such rule provides federal protections for personal health (information individually identifiable health information) held by covered entities and provides patients with specific rights with respect to such information. Missouri Legislative Digest: The Missouri Bar Association publishes a two editions of the Legislative Digest on an annual basis. The first issue is published in April and includes a summary of selected bills which have been introduced in the Missouri General Assembly. The second issues is published in August issue and includes a summary of all bills which were passed during such session.
